Our Mission

Our mission is to provide greater access to the beauty of locally grown, high quality dahlias for local florists and dahlia enthusiasts in the Northwest Arkansas area.

The story behind the farm...

In 2005, I planted my very first flower garden with nothing more than a desire to grow something beautiful. I had no idea how to start from seed, so I bought plants and placed them lovingly in my garden. Deep down, I felt a calling to farm. I didn't know what I would grow, but I longed for a connection to the earth and to share the fruits of my labors with others.

In 2016, I stumbled upon an article in Mary Jane's Farm magazine about flower farming. I thought to myself, 'Wait, that's a thing? You can farm flowers??' At that moment, I knew I had to become a flower farmer someday.

Finally, in 2021, as I was discussing this dream with my husband, I realized I was ready to see if I was cut out for it. We built a large raised bed garden, I bought some seeds, and I set some goals for myself...mainly to keep the little seedlings alive.

Over the Spring and Summer of 2022, I started seeds of my own which grew into healthy seedlings that not only survived they thrived when I planted them outside! I learned how to make bouquets...and people liked them! I sold six times more bouquets than I expected that summer. I discovered I have a green thumb and an obsession with dahlias.

I have big plans for the 2026 growing season. I'm focusing 90% of my efforts on growing several different varieties of dahlias on our new 2.5 acre farm on the outskirts of Bentonville. We will offer dahlia blooms for florists, buckets of mixed blooms for DIY bouquets, and Fall bouquet subscriptions.

This is just the beginning. I have long-term goals that I’m keeping close to my heart for now. I think that's a common fear, to protect this dream of mine. For the moment, my little micro farm will have to suffice, and I'll share the abundance I grow.

Love,
Kate Myers

What we do

We grow a variety of dahlias, as well as snapdragons and zinnias in our backyard micro flower farm for the benefit of all of Northwest Arkansas.  We sell bundles of blooms to florists, carefully curated bouquets to flower lovers, and buckets of blooms to the DIY bouquet-makers.

Our goal is to provide greater access to the highest quality blooms of these flowers.  Each flower is loved and cared for by our family with an abundance of attention.

We believe our purpose is to beautify and care for the earth God gave us.  Sharing that beauty with our community brings us great joy!
